- Develop and execute a global Category Strategy and initiative pipeline for IT Software u0026 Hardware
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers
- Manage global supplier ecosystems, development programs, and risk monitoring
- Create category guidance documents translating strategy into actionable content




- Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge demand/specifications and maximize value
- Coach and develop procurement colleagues; oversee budget and workwith Associate Category Manager
- Deliver commercial impact by anchoring costs and building a resilience project pipelineResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in strategic and operational procurement with category management and advanced strategic sourcing
- Experience in regulated industries (Diagnostics) and familiarity with legal and quality risks
- Deep knowledge of IT hardware and software markets (servers, PCs, OS, databases, licensing)
- Proficiency with enterprise sourcing tools (eSourcing, eAuction) and procurement systems
- Strong communication, project management, and change management skills
