Key Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions.- Deliver complex banking transformation projects in the Angolan market.- Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements.- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors.- Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities.- Monitor project performance and provide clear progress reporting.- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance.- Support business development and contribute to proposals.Essential Requirements- Extensive experience in IT project and program management.- Strong background in managing core banking implementations.- Fluent Portuguese language skills.- Deep understanding of the financial services domain.- Demonstrated success operating in high‑pressure, multinational environments.Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in Angola or a similar emerging market.- Background in financial institutions within West Africa.- Knowledge of the payments domain.- Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle.- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2,
