Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

- Experience with IT service management, experience and certification in ITIL4 is preferred ;
- Experience with Agile ;
- Experience working with international organization or public sector ;
- Experience with IT architecture, network and security ;
- Administrative IT experience, e.g. related to budget and procurement support functions ;
- Very good level of spoken and written English (SLP 3333) ;
- A minimum of five years of experience .
