In this role, you will design and implement enterprise‑grade backup solutions across complex environments, ensuring customers’ information is always protected, compliant, and recoverable. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of backup and recovery solutions across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring they meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements. You will also support colleagues as a technical mentor and contribute to project planning and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable and secure backup architectures aligned with customer requirementsImplement and optimize backup solutions across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environmentsDefine retention policies and support disaster recovery planning for critical workloadsAutomate operational tasks and generate compliance and performance reportsTroubleshoot complex incidents and ensure continuous improvement of backup platformsJob RequirementsProven experience with enterprise backup platforms (Veeam, Commvault, Metallic, Cohesity)Experience integrating backup solutions with VMware, Hyper‑V,
