The company provides fast and convenient delivery experiences through its mobile app and website.Задачи:- Shape the user experience and visual language of the mobile app and website- Translate design goals and product requirements into intuitive interfaces- Partner with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders- Mentor junior designers and help elevate design quality across the team- Contribute to and effectively use the Design System- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to identify, prioritize, plan, and execute high-impact user experiences- Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation- Interpret complex requirements and insights- Facilitate collaborative workshops and use frameworks to create concepts and prototypes- Test concepts and prototypes with end users- Develop design standards, documentation,
