You’ll bridge advanced data science with real-world sales execution, building models that boost lead quality, conversions, and profitability. You will collaborate across Data Engineers, Sales Analysts, and stakeholders to embed analytics into sales enablement. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, shaping scalable predictive solutions that inform strategic decisions.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop and refine growth and predictive models (e.G., lead scoring, conversion, profitability) to enhance sales performance
- Analyse sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with data engineers and sales analysts to integrate models into sales enablement platforms
- Support adoption of advanced analytics tools and communicate outputs to non-technical stakeholders




- Work with senior data scientists to continuously improve models and outputsResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in Data Science or related roles
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries
- Solid understanding of statistics and ML models with ability to interpret results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience translating data insights into actionable business strategies
- Self-motivated with curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
