Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday and transition into the long-term ownership, optimization, and evolution of the HRIS landscape.This role combines program delivery excellence with product ownership mindset, ensuring sustained business value beyond go-live.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPhase 1: Implementation (0–24 months)- Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation program (scope, timeline, budget, risks)- Act as the primary interface between HR, IT, and external system integrators- Coordinate and challenge external consultants to ensure quality delivery- Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into system solutions- Manage governance, decision-making forums, and stakeholder alignment- Oversee testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness- Ensure adoption through change management and communication strategiesPhase 2: Product Ownership & Evolution (Post go-live)- Own the HRIS product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and releases- Act as the internal owner of Workday, ensuring continuous improvement- Manage backlog, releases, and system upgrades- Drive HR process optimization leveraging system capabilitiesEnsure data quality, reporting,
