Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, prioritizing non-tech positions while occasionally supporting tech and product. You’ll partner with hiring managers across international teams to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver a smooth 5-star interview and offer experience. You will shape sourcing strategies, refine processes, and champion Freenow’s mission and values throughout the hiring journey. - Manage full recruitment life-cycle for various roles with emphasis on non-tech positions
- Create compelling job postings and conduct interviews and assessments
- Forge strategic partnerships with hiring managers to guide international recruitment

- Proactively source and engage exceptional candidates for current and future roles

- Strong networking and relationship-building with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with diverse sourcing methods and tools
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
