ResponsibilitiesFormulate feasible long-term product development strategies based on the company’s current product situation and development requirements.Provide guidance on the technical R&D of GOTR Tyres, including tyre structure development, compound design,or Manufacturing nduct basic theoretical research and professional technical training for GOTR Tyres.Analyze abnormal market issues related to GOTR Tyres and develop targeted solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related majors, with good English proficiency.Possess profound technical background in the field of GOTR Tyres, with more than 10 years of working experience in top general tyre companies.Familiar with the GOTR tyre market and equipped with first-class product design capabilities.Demonstrate good professional ethics and a passion for scientific research.WFH or flexible to travel to our factories when necessary
