You will contribute to foundational infrastructure and event-driven systems used across engineering teams. You’ll ship high-throughput, production-grade code and mentor peers on system design. - 7+ years of backend engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or similar field
- Production fluency in Java, or proficiency in another backend language (Kotlin, Scala, Python, Go) and readiness to work primarily in Java
- Proven track record building core systems or foundational platforms
- Distributed systems experience at meaningful scale
- Strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
