This role ensures that all purchase‑related operations are managed accurately, proactively, and in compliance with Andes’ internal standards and the regulatory requirements of destination markets. The Purchasing Specialist – Seafood works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage cross trade logistics, documentation, labeling, inspections, and ongoing communication with international partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid logistics knowledge, and a commercial mindset to support smooth operations and long‑term supplier relationships. The role requires availability and willingness to travel internationally to support commercial exposure, including attendance at industry fairs and visits to suppliers, factories, and clients, as part of the professional development within the Seafood category.Key AccountabilitiesPurchasing Operations (Non‑Quotation Activities)Logistics Management (Cross Trade)End‑to‑end management of cross trade logistics operationsBooking management and freight coordinationFollow‑up on schedules, transit times, operational changes, and issue resolutionOngoing coordination with freight forwarders, agents,
