Experteer Overview In this role, you drive early-stage influence and specification of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings in the Northern Region. You will build and maintain relationships with planners, consultants and engineering firms, bridging sales, technical teams and the planning ecosystem. You shape value propositions, support project development, and enable customer-centric engagement aligned with our Go-to-Market strategy. You will help grow the pipeline, improve profitability, and collaborate cross-functionally to position Siemens as a trusted partner.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Identify and develop relationships with planners, consultants, and engineering firms as trusted technical and commercial advisor
- Drive prescription of Siemens Buildings portfolio to support sales growth and market penetration
- Develop and promote value propositions and materials tailored to Vertical Markets
- Define and prioritize a planner/consultant pipeline with account mapping and action plans
- Position the Go-to-Market strategy to planners using direct channels and partners
- Monitor opportunities from design to handover, track KPIs and conversion
- Collaborate with Sales, PreSales, Verticals, Marketing and Bid u0026 Proposal teams for coordinated pursuit
- Organize planner engagement activities (trainings, workshops, webinars, events)

- Support strategic deals with insights, technical guidance, and prescription leverage through the sales lifecycleResponsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or related technical fields)
- Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, application engineering or specification roles in building/infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of the building ecosystem and project lifecycle
- Knowledge of smart building technologies and value-based solution positioning
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in early design phases
- Experience in developing value propositions and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills (KPIs, pipeline management, reporting)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and technical teams
- High level of English; other languages are a plus
