Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the deployment of large-scale automation and robotics within Amazon’s EU fulfilment network. You will coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver state-of-the-art material handling systems across multiple sites. You drive on-time deployment, quality standards, and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to scale innovations and shape next‑gen warehouse operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies, ensuring readiness for global scale
• Support evaluation and delivery of automation technologies including conveyance, sortation and robotics across multiple sites
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Evaluate and implement advanced material handling systems and robotic innovations




• Ensure deployment deliverables meet timelines and Amazon quality standards
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes
• Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field
• Experience in English-language communication (written and verbal)
• Experience managing competing priorities across diverse stakeholders
• Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
• Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience authoring technical documentation (SOPs, work instructions) for field execution
