Experteer Overview In this role, you support and optimize IAM operations to protect Allianz Group’s IT services. You will work within a global IAM team to keep access management secure, reliable, and compliant with audit requirements. You’ll translate security needs into practical IAM solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resilient identity infrastructure. - Administration and configuration of One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services
- System maintenance and execution of operational tasks
- Incident analysis, problem and change handling for IAM services
- Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services
- Documentation and updating IAM processes and operating procedures in Jira and WikiResponsabilidades




- 3+ years of experience in system administration and IT operations
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, security, risks and governance
- Experience with One Identity Manager or other modern IGA tools (e.G., SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager)
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux, MS-SQL, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to create documentation and transfer knowledge in an international environment
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
