Responsibilities- Own Product Finance end to end and be the senior Finance voice in product planning forums.- Own the financial model and forecast for core product areas, and stress-test ROI assumptions under different investment scenarios.- Own how we measure product investment returns, translating experiment lift and cohort data into validated, annualized revenue impact.- Maintain a financial view of the full product investment portfolio and lead the Product workstream in AOP and LRP.- Build the financial thesis and models for high upside, high uncertainty bets like non-language subjects and AI-assisted learning, and define when to scale, hold, or pull back.- Be product leadership's trusted Finance partner, and own the materials that bring CPO and CFO reviews clear, action-oriented narratives.- Dig into how product changes move CAC, LTV, and retention, and use AI tools to move faster than a traditional FP&A build allows.Requirements- 8+ years in product analytics, product finance,



or a closely adjacent FP&A role.- Experience at a high-growth B2C or marketplace business.- Deep experience in product impact measurement: experiment analysis, lift quantification, cohort analysis, and translating product metrics into financial outcomes.- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and their limitations for financial planning purposes.- Ability to build financial frameworks in ambiguous areas where data is limited and the business model is still developing.- Strong financial modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build models from scratch in ambiguous or early-stage contexts.- Ability to build investment frameworks and achieve alignment with senior business partners.- Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies.- Exceptional executive-level communicator.- Comfortable in Looker or similar reporting tools; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
