In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various roles, perdominantly focusing on non-tech positions, but with the opporunity to support our tech & product colleagues as well.This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's organizational goals by helping to secure top talent at all levels of seniority.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

- Running the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting dynamic interviews and assessments that showcase our unique culture and values
- Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive our international recruitment efforts, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the hiring process
- Improving recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract the best-fit candidates for open and future positions, establishing a robust talent pipeline
- Proactively seeking out and cultivating relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring a steady stream of talent for current and upcoming roles
- Facilitating seamless job offer processes




- Delivering clear communication and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a 5-star experience
- Championing our brand identity throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every candidate gains a deep understanding and appreciation of our mission and values. xqbhyrx

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

- Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, either in-house or an agency
- Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organizations
- Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
- Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
