Experteer Overview
In this role, you will provide high-quality commercial legal guidance to diverse stakeholders across Spain and abroad, supporting Ebury’s growth and global footprint. You’ll draft and negotiate third-party and intragroup agreements, help shape new products and market expansion, and advise on corporate structuring, financings, and regulatory matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk, HR, and operations, to resolve disputes and implement legal playbooks. This position offers a path to leadership within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Drafting and negotiating agreements with third parties and intragroup entities to support business activities
• Contributing to design and rollout of new products and expansion into new markets
• Structuring and executing strategic initiatives (refinancings, banking negotiations, fundraising, Mu0026A, equity transfers)
• Advising on corporate structuring and maintaining efficient integral corporate structure with regulatory and tax considerations
• Supporting Front Office, Risk, HR and other teams in dispute resolution
• Collaborating with HR, Operations and other departments on day-to-day queries




• Representing Ebury with clients, counterparties, banks, and industry bodies
• Preparing templates, playbooks, procedures and training materials
• Assisting Head of Legal in achieving department objectives and mentoring junior team members

Responsabilidades
• Proactive mindset with strong practical communication across all levels of the group
• Law degree
• Qualified lawyer in Spain or another relevant jurisdiction
• Commercial law experience
• At least 4 years of qualified experience (private practice or in-house)
• Interest in fintech and financial products
• Fluent in English (advanced)
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cross-border matters and corporate structuring preferred
