Experteer Overview
In this role you will coordinate training events and align resources with customer needs while adhering to international flight training guidelines (EASA). You will partner with Directors and cross-functional teams to schedule, allocate, and adjust training activities across computer-based, classroom, briefings, and simulator formats. You contribute to SABA program management for registrations and ensure accurate scheduling and communication with clients. This position sits at the intersection of training operations, finance, and customer service, shaping efficient, compliant training experiences.

• Serve as training customer contact and align instructor schedules with resources
• Record and adjust schedules for changing client needs
• Manage resource and instructor assignment for trainings in scope
• Oversee SABA program management for customer registrations
• Determine booking types and generate class lists




• Schedule various training formats (computer-based, classroom, briefings, simulator)
• Confirm client schedules via phone/email
• Coordinate with Director of Training, Sales, Compliance, and Customer Service

Responsabilidades
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to master a complex scheduling program; Wall Chart scheduling program experience preferred
• Ability to organize workflows from multiple overlapping schedules
• Ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent computer skills
• Minimum five years of scheduling experience
• Solid financial background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• SAP and SABA knowledge/experience
• Fluency in English (read, speak, write); Spanish fluency highly preferred
