Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance data-driven clinical operations using GenAI, ML, and NLP. You’ll adapt models to support enrollment forecasting, cost optimization, and site selection across therapeutic areas. You’ll build pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, and translate complex methods for diverse stakeholders. This is a chance to shape AI-enabled clinical operations within a leading healthcare innovator.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Conceive, develop, and implement GenAI and ML solutions to support clinical trial operations
• Fine-tune and adapt large language models (LLMs) for protocol analytics, trial similarity, data harmonization, and eligibility evaluation
• Use operational data and optimization techniques to create tools for scenario development with cost and enrollment optimization and real-world data insights
• Contribute to patient modeling and enrollment simulations for accurate enrollment projections




• Communicate technical methods and results clearly to diverse audiences to drive decision-making

Responsabilidades
• Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, statistics, biostatistics, health economics, biomedical informatics, epidemiology, applied mathematics)
• 2+ years of industry experience delivering Data Science projects (predictive technologies, forecasting, optimization, NLP/AI/ML)
• Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks and tools (e.g., DSPy, LangChain) and clinical/medical LLMs and fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Passion for data-driven scientific innovation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
