Experteer Overview
In this role you drive strategic digital transformation initiatives for clients in Catalonia, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven technological solutions. You will define scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and monitor progress through governance meetings. You role supports modernization of public services and requires proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and project outcomes. You will contribute to proposals and continuous improvement, aligning with the organization’s transformation goals.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, planning, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources (technological and human).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functional,



technical, and business profiles.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and incidents with contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress via indicators, status reports, and governance meetings; communicate clearly to all parties.
• Manage customer relationship to ensure alignment and high satisfaction.
• Propose solutions and strategies to achieve project objectives and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, budget, and governance policies.
• Promote continuous improvement through PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in technical proposals, offers, RFP/RFI, and related documentation for new opportunities.
