In this Associate Legal Counsel role, you will support global growth from Madrid by advising on commercial contracts, privacy, and governance across entities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable revenue, de-risk product innovations, and manage strategic transactions like funding rounds and Mu0026amp;A. The role combines pragmatic legal guidance with scalable operations to sustain rapid, integral expansion. You will work in a hybrid setup and contribute to a mission-driven, innovative legal function.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (API agreements, terms of service, MSAs, referral/reseller agreements) to drive global revenue growth
• Lead privacy and compliance initiatives, advise on GDPR and global privacy matters, draft DPAs with customers/partners
• Support strategic transactions and corporate governance, assist with Mu0026A, investments, and funding rounds
• Provide legal direction for new product launches and review marketing communications for regulatory alignment




• Design and implement scalable legal workflows and templates; deliver cross-functional training on marketing, antitrust, contracts, and privacy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalates high-risk trade-offs to General Counsel

Responsabilidades
• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in-house or at a top-tier tech-focused law firm
• Demonstrated privacy law expertise (GDPR); experience in tech/B2B SaaS a strong plus
• Proven track record in commercial negotiation balancing legal risk with commercial objectives
• High proficiency in English; additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a strong plus
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Claude is a plus
• Solutions-driven mindset, ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills; ability to train and collaborate across departments
