Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially during onboarding.

Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.

Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must already reside in Spain.

About the Position

As an Account Executive, focusing on the Czech market. This hybrid role in Madrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, for a leading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators.

- Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.




- This is a permanent contract position.
- Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and 31st, and Friday afternoons off.

- The first 4 weeks of onboarding and training require full on-site presence in Madrid, after that, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel and associated expenses covered by the company.
- Ramp-up targets are set at 0% for M0 and M1, 30% for M2, 60% for M3, and 100% for M4.
