Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Taxbit’s integral compliance and certification programs, focusing on European and international regulations. You will partner with legal, engineering, and customer-facing teams to mature controls and support audits, vendor risk, AI governance, and customer due diligence. You’ll own ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 program execution and translate evolving rules (GDPR, DORA, NIS 2.0, EU AI Act) into actionable controls. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a fast-growing, AI-enabled fintech leader.

• Own day-to-day execution of ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 programs, including evidence collection, control testing, and audit coordination
• Serve as primary contact for third-party auditors and regulators, managing timelines and remediation tracking
• Develop and maintain policies and control documentation aligned with European and global frameworks
• Identify gaps in compliance and drive remediation with stakeholders
• Support automated evidence collection across GRC and security tooling
• Conduct third-party risk assessments for vendors and AI governance posture




• Draft responses to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests related to EU/international obligations
• Lead compliance efforts against GDPR, DORA, NIS 2.0, and EU AI Act, translating requirements into controls
• Monitor regulatory landscape and advise on product/operational impact
• Educate and mentor colleagues on European regulatory requirements
• Help shape the compliance roadmap for European and international market expansion

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in compliance, information security, audit, or risk management
• 3+ years supporting ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 audits and certification maintenance
• Working knowledge of GDPR, DORA, and/or NIS 2.0
• Working knowledge of EU AI Act and its risk-tiering approach
• Understanding of AI agentic workflows and related governance considerations
• Experience conducting or supporting third-party/vendor risk assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
