Aufgaben

- Responsible for tax compliance and tax reporting for European and US private equity funds

- Ensuring compliance with FATCA and AEOI (automatic exchange of information) in reports and forms

- Collaborating with external law firms and service providers and coordinating these service providers

- Assisting with tax reporting to investors

- Assisting with the monitoring of tax compliance (FATCA/CRS, AEOI)





- Ongoing review of tax processes and controls

- Maintaining databases

- Monitoring national and international tax regulations

- Monitoring changes to tax regulations for fund products

- Implementing new tax regulations into the systems in collaboration with IT

- Ad hoc projects. xcskxlj

Qualifikation

-

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Tax or Finance with a specialisation in Taxation

- Work experience in a Big4 or consulting company

- Experience in international tax relating to funds and fund structuring

- Professional experience with FATCA, AEOI, withholding taxes and VAT

- Knowledge of US tax forms (e.g. W-8/W-9)

- Experience with tax reporting for investorsAbility to work as part of a team

- Ability to work independently and with precision

- Reliability

- Sense of responsibility

- Proficiency in MS Office programmes, including Excel

- Fluent English.
