Iron Mountain seeks an analytical Technical Accounting Manager to drive complex accounting issues within the Global Controllership. You will ensure consistent accounting practices across global units and directly support financial reporting and audits. The role requires deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS for areas like business combinations, assets, impairments, and equity investments, with cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues. This is a remote, growth-focused role that contributes to global financial compliance and policy standardization.

Responsabilidades




• 5-7 years of experience in financial statement auditing and reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS with audit experience in public accounting or large multinational company
• Ability to independently interpret nuanced accounting standards and develop compliant solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• CPA or Chartered Accountant designation
