Experteer Overview
In this role you act as the strategic finance partner for the Iberia Zone Solution Center, safeguarding financial integrity while steering project performance and governance. You will lead projected forecasting, drive margin and cash improvements, and support cross-functional teams with financial insights. The position sits at the heart of a digitalization and transformation effort within a sustainability-minded organization. You will collaborate across the zone to strengthen reporting, compliance, and scalable financial processes.

• Lead end-to-end project controlling for strategic/high-impact deals without hands-on management
• Provide financial oversight of the total portfolio and detect deviations, risks, and opportunities
• Participate in project reviews ensuring transparency on performance, risks and contingencies
• Prepare and validate forecasts (Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast) for strategic deals
• Deliver actionable financial insights to improve margins and cash generation
• Own Sub-Pu0026L for a defined scope, including topline, gross margin, and overhead absorption




• Monitor and improve KPIs across product lines (productivity, cost deviations, cash, efficiency)
• Lead monthly closing activities ensuring strong financial discipline
• Oversee core financial operations, standardize and scale processes (including warranty management)
• Drive digitalization and simplification of financial workflows
• Support finance transformation initiatives with emphasis on data quality and automation
• Act as compliance lead, manage internal controls and audits
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely remediation of findings
• Promote adherence to financial policies and governance frameworks

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, controlling or equivalent
