About the Project

Our client is delivering a major data centre development with a sequenced build approach - structural works (CSA) first, followed by MEP installation across two subsequent stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a mission-critical project from the ground up, working with a market-leading contractor at the forefront of the data centre sector.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing a 10-person project team and overseeing all key disciplines including:





- Planning and scheduling
- Cost management
- Document control
- Procurement
- Feasibility studies

You will be the driving force behind the project's execution — ensuring it's delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating closely with client stakeholders, design teams, and subcontractors. xcskxlj

What We're Looking For

- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years' overall industry experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience specifically within the data centre sector
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
