Role Purpose

As a German‑speaking Digital Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist, you will help expand the presence of digital advertising solutions within the German market. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will onboard new clients, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for increased investment and advocacy. The position requires a proactive sales mindset and the ability to deliver high‑performing PPC strategies in a target‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Advisory:



Guide new clients through the onboarding process, understand their goals, and design strategic PPC campaigns that deliver both immediate and long‑term results.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through outbound engagement, upselling, and increasing campaign investment.
- Market Engagement: Identify customer needs within the German market and spot high‑potential companies with strong growth trajectories.
- Account & Database Management: Handle a large volume of accounts daily, ensuring accurate and complete CRM records.
- Performance & KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Relationship Management: Build trust and long‑term loyalty through strong stakeholder relationships and timely issue resolution.
