What you will do:
As the Regional Sales Director at Sensorfact, you will drive our growth in the French market by expanding our client portfolio and increasing revenue. Leading a high-performing sales team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of the business,



collaborating with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable and successful sales organization.

With a focus on Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), you will lead your team to achieve growth targets, build lasting client relationships, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for PdM or OEE solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets
- Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs
- Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success
