Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive delivery and governance of enterprise digital analytics and AI-enabled capabilities across AstraZeneca and Alexion. You will partner with business, IT, data, and external partners to translate strategic priorities into scalable services, robust controls, and measurable outcomes. You will apply responsible AI practices to shape a adaptable analytics operating model, balancing innovation with governance and compliance. • Digital asset governance including data lineage, taxonomy, tagging, metrics, approvals, versioning, and lifecycle management with regional compliance and data quality
• Translate enterprise web, digital analytics, and AI strategy into prioritized roadmaps and delivery plans
• Embed privacy, regulatory, security, transparency, consent and auditability controls into reusable workflows and templates
• Administer guardrails and review workflows for models, prompts, datasets, and vendors with risk classification and human oversight
• Leverage AI copilots and generative AI tools to accelerate discovery, reporting, and decision support while ensuring data protection
• Design, pilot and scale supervised agentic workflows for data retrieval, quality checks, analysis, and stakeholder-ready outputs
• Identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows through automation and reusable services to improve speed, quality, resilience, cost and UX




• Coordinate AI-enabled capabilities across CRM, MLR/PRC, DAM, analytics/BI, CDP and field platforms with interface catalogs and release notes
• Lead scaled delivery with pilots, adoption playbooks, training and change communications
• Manage vendor and partner governance, SLAs, compliance evidence, and remediation actions aligned to strategy
• Oversee data stewardship including consent, identity, metadata, access, catalogue, quality and data sovereignty
• Maintain portfolio, budget, benefits, quality and service dashboards; manage issues, telemetry, and resolutions
• Ensure audit readiness with policies, model documentation, test results, approvals and onboarding guidance

Responsabilidades
• Digital solution delivery experience in a regulated, global organisation
• Experience with approved AI tools and responsible adoption practices
• Understanding of agent orchestration, tool and API integration, workflow state and human-in-the-loop controls
• Ability to translate business demand into prioritized analytics improvements with measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of privacy, data protection, compliance-by-design, audit and data governance
• Familiarity with CRM, DAM, MLR/PRC, analytics/BI and CDP platforms and interfaces
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder-management and documentation skills
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and delivery through ambiguity and change
