Experteer Overview
As Senior Data Engineer, you will shape a centralized data ecosystem that serves 60+ sub-brands, turning raw data into a semantic layer for BI, operations, and AI. You’ll build scalable data products, govern data quality, and lead cross-functional data initiatives. You’ll work with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to deliver high-value solutions in a multi-brand environment. This role offers impact at scale, enabling data-driven decisions across the group.

• Design and deliver scalable data products providing a unified source of truth across 60+ brands
• Build and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Lead secure, cost-efficient data architecture design and enforce best practices in modeling, orchestration, and observability
• Implement data governance including lineage, metadata management, and quality controls for AI/ML use cases
• Collaborate with Analytics, ML,



and AI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Tune and optimize data platforms focusing on indexing, query performance, and schema evolution
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of professional data engineering or data management experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
• Expert SQL skills with performance optimization and advanced data modeling (Dimensional, Star Schema, Snowflake)
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP) and orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt
• Experience with multiple RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong Docker/Kubernetes skills and CI/CD practices
• Experience with data versioning, schema evolution, and distributed metadata management
