As Strategic Execution Project Manager at Fever Originals, you turn operational data into actionable improvements to scale SSI. You’ll collaborate with Production, Project Management, Business, Finance and Operations to build systems that boost efficiency, cut costs and strengthen discipline across regions. You’ll pursue continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, benchmarking against best practices and guiding adoption of new tools and methods. This role places you at the heart of a fast-growing, data-driven culture that crafts unique experiences for a general audience.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses of how Project Managers, Producers and Support Agents spend their time across key operational activities
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities to simplify workflows
• Benchmark teams against best practices and recommend process, tooling, organisational or training improvements
• Monitor the impact of implemented initiatives and measure efficiency improvements over time through regular reviews
• Analyse individual and team bandwidth and provide recommendations to optimise workload allocation
• Support long-term workforce planning by identifying hiring needs based on capacity trends and business growth
• Build recurring reporting that shows team utilisation across the SSI organisation
• Monitor adherence to key operational standards and processes including capacity planning, pipeline management, session scheduling and timelines
• Partner with Project Managers to understand blockers and coach process adoption to improve compliance
• Work with Strategic Execution to refine processes and identify opportunities for simplification
• Analyse production and operational costs to improve margins and support cost optimisation
• Track the impact of optimisation initiatives and share best practices across markets
• Support development, testing and rollout of new operational tools and dashboards
• Improve reporting capabilities by identifying new metrics and analytical approaches
• Ensure operational documentation, reporting standards and dashboards remain accurate
• Act as a key partner for driving operational excellence across SSI
Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, Strategy or similar analytical roles
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; experience with SQL and BI tools is highly desirable
• Experience analysing operational processes, productivity or business performance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, international environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related quantitative field
• Fluent in English
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modelling or resource allocation
• Experience working with Airtable or similar operational tools
• Experience supporting technology implementation or operational change management
