Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and scale People initiatives at Factorial, driving onboarding, engagement programs, and culture-building activities. You’ll partner with the People team to create meaningful experiences, measure impact, and translate feedback into tangible improvements. You’ll manage events, rituals, and communications across platforms to foster a cohesive, inclusive workplace. This is a hands-on role that blends people operations, internal communications, and data-driven insights to support growth and retention.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead onboarding: coordinate schedules, analyze attendance and feedback, design sessions that convey Factorial's story and values, and measure impact via surveys and early retention data
• Manage welcome packs and merch logistics: oversee swag end-to-end, optimize costs and stock through vendor and inventory analysis
• Execute climate action plans: analyze survey insights, design and track action plans with clear ROI
• Lead exit interviews: conduct offboarding conversations, analyze turnover patterns, derive actionable retention insights
• Design office rituals and special days:



create initiatives to boost internal cohesion and measure participation and satisfaction
• Maintain engagement processes: optimize engagement architecture across Slack, Notion, and Factorial, monitor consistency and platform performance
• Organize social events and data-driven engagement: plan team-building activities and assess participation and impact

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, People Operations, or community management
• Execution and problem-solving mindset with ability to translate ideas into structured, measurable processes and experiences
• Employer branding mindset to bring Factorial's culture and values to life across rituals and communications
• Presentation and communication skills for leading sessions and conveying culture clearly
• Interpersonal communication with maturity, empathy, discretion, and confidentiality to navigate sensitive conversations and extract insights
