Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape Nexthink's next-generation platform to enable AI-powered experiences at scale. You’ll translate strategy into a clear platform vision, drive modernization, and collaborate across platforms and feature teams to deliver simpler, faster-to-build foundations. You will steer cross-functional efforts to support enterprise IT use cases and ensure reliable, scalable platform evolution. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the heart of Nexthink's AI-driven platform transformation.

• Shape the next-generation platform and define evolving capabilities for faster development, scale, and AI-readiness
• Enable simplicity through AI by identifying automation opportunities in configuration, setup, and ongoing management
• Drive collaboration with platform PMs and feature PMs to design reusable, high-impact components
• Translate complexity into clear platform outcomes, abstractions, and trade-offs aligning engineering, data, and product priorities
• Drive platform modernization by translating long-term technical initiatives into a concrete product roadmap and measurable impact




• Ensure cohesive platform evolution by anticipating cross-domain dependencies and prioritizing sequencing for reliability

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking to structure ambiguous problems and connect trade-offs to business value
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise IT teams and translate concepts into outcomes
• Clear, concise communicator capable of influencing stakeholders including executives
• Professional-level English (spoken and written)
• Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, adaptable; fast learner in new technical domains
• Collaborative, cross-functional and globally oriented team player
