Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Spanish TPRM delivery for Allianz, coordinating a team that assesses and monitors third-party risks across the Group. You ensure service quality, SLAs, and governance while maintaining hands-on TPRM work for a designated entity. You will align with global Digital Resilience standards and drive continuous improvement. This is a chance to shape a global risk management capability within a large, values-driven organization.

• Manage TPRM service delivery from the Spain hub to Allianz entities, ensuring SLAs, quality, and capacity
• Oversee incident and problem management for the TPRM service
• Execute TPRM officer activities (risk assessments, due diligence, ongoing monitoring) for a designated Allianz entity
• Lead and develop a team of TPRM experts and possibly team leads, adjusting capacity to demand
• Coordinate with Global Service Line on governance, policies, and regulatory changes
• Operate TPRM tools (e.g., ORGS, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba) and identify automation/quality improvements
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the Spain hub in governance forums





Responsabilidades
• Degree in Economics, Business, Law, IT, Risk Management, or Finance (8–10 years in audit, finance, operational risk, IT, regulatory, or related areas)
• Hands-on experience delivering TPRM assessments or audits to clients or stakeholders
• Experience managing teams of specialists/experts; multi-layer team leadership is a plus
• Experience in a shared services or financial services environment preferred
• Working knowledge of TPRM/operational risk frameworks and regulatory context (e.g., DORA)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in international, virtual teams
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ORGS/ServiceNow is a plus
• Experience collaborating with colleagues in a multinational environment
