Experteer Overview
You will design, build, and operate scalable, serverless data integrations across enterprise HR platforms. In this role you work with Solution Architects and HR teams to deliver robust, secure data exchanges that improve operational efficiency. You will shape integration patterns across Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and iCIMS, leveraging cloud-native tech to enable reliable data flows. The opportunity combines hands-on development with collaboration in a large, matrixed organization and a culture focused on impact and security.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, develop and deploy scalable serverless integrations using AWS services
• Build and manage API- and file-based (batch/ETL) integrations
• Develop backend logic in Node.js or Python for data transformation and orchestration
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions




• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)
• Ensure security, compliance and data privacy in integrations
• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain high availability and performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Work across HR ecosystems to improve employee and recruiter data flows

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in programming and API development
• Techno-functional HR tech and integration expertise
• Proven experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong collaboration across general matrixed organizations
• Experience in design thinking and problem-solving
