Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead mechanical engineering workstreams for conveyor system projects in intralogistics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored layouts, safety assessments, and installation-ready designs. You will translate sales concepts into detailed, manufacturable concepts and ensure compliance, ergonomics, and risk control. The position offers global exposure and active involvement from concept through to installation handover. You will shape efficient material-handling solutions and contribute to on-time project delivery.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Create approval layouts and customer design freezes
• Perform safety assessments and define required measures
• Develop detailed concepts from sales layouts and integrate into approval layouts
• Review material flow based on customer layouts and transported products
• Clarify interfaces with steel construction, building, and other trades
• Conduct collision checks and define service/maintenance access areas
• Define escape and transport routes and required special designs
• Conduct ergonomic workstation assessments and preliminary mockups
• Record measurements at customer sites (brownfield projects)
• Provide engineering support in customer meetings during engineering phase
• Create detailed layouts for conveyor technology (drives, speeds, roller/belt design, guides, supports)




• Plan maintenance platforms and safety devices
• Prepare technical specs for purchased components and coordinate with suppliers
• Implement special designs and finalize workstation mockups with customer coordination
• Create bills of materials and purchase requisitions in SAP
• Produce data lists for hardware controls planning and installation drawings
• Hand over all information to installation team
• Generate system risk assessments and conduct safety inspections with CE Compliance at customer site
• Provide remote and on-site installation support and supplier FAT engineering support

Responsabilidades
• Graduate engineer / Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 3-5 years of professional experience (graduates welcome)
• Experience in project engineering (ideally intralogistics) and mechanical design
• Good written and spoken English
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Structured, systematic, results-oriented approach
• Problem-solving and self-management skills
• AutoCAD knowledge
• NX + Teamcenter knowledge
• Navisworks knowledge
• SAP knowledge (preferable)
• Willingness to travel (max 5%)
