As a Data Center Security Specialist for AWS Data Centers in Zaragoza, you oversee daily physical security operations and supervise contract security teams to maintain a strong security posture. You work under the Cluster Security Manager to implement global standards, identify gaps, and drive improvements in security processes. You will coordinate with stakeholders, analyze security data, and prepare reports that inform risk decisions. This role blends hands-on security, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to protect critical infrastructure at scale.

• Coordinate day-to-day site security operations
• Direct and manage contract guard force for data center operations
• Provide guidance and leadership to contract security personnel
• Walk facilities to identify security gaps in barriers, procedures, surveillance, and alarms
• Evaluate contract security provider performance and drive corrective actions
• Educate stakeholders on reducing false alarms
• Extract metrics and analyze data to track improvements
• Ensure security programs meet global standards




• Assist in media integrity programs and security policy implementation
• Train new and existing personnel on behavioral compliance to security policies
• Handle escalations and assign tasks within the team
• Draft reports and presentations on security status
• Collaborate on security policy development and regional/global initiatives
• Interface with vendors for system repairs and incident responses
• Participate in site audits and inspections
• Highlight issues and propose solutions to senior team members
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure security measures align with operations
• Support the senior Security Manager across multiple data centers

Responsabilidades
• English fluency (spoken/written)
• Spanish fluency (spoken/written)
• Valid driver's license with personal vehicle
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Hold Professional Identity Card (TIP) as security director qualification or ability to obtain
• Hold Habilitacion Personal de Seguridad (HPS) or ability to obtain
