In this role you lead an SDR team in Málaga within an international, AI-driven revenue ops environment. You steer outbound campaigns to generate advertiser pipeline and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth handoffs. You’ll coach, enable, and optimize sales processes using modern tech to drive measurable growth. Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation
• 2+ years leading and coaching SDR teams
• Strong CRM and sales engagement platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
• Data-driven approach to sales performance and team development
• Native proficiency in French or Italian
• At least 1 year of Account Sales Strategies experience
• At least 1 year of Digital Advertising Sales experience
• Authorized to work in Spain
