Experteer Overview
In this role you own the vision and roadmap for Analytics within the Offer Value Stream, shaping scalable analytics products that empower international and country teams to make better commercial decisions. You translate business needs into trusted analytics and integrate insights into operational workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams. You drive dashboards, self-service analytics and decision-support capabilities to reduce reporting duplication. You will define success metrics aligned with governance and the corporate data model, delivering measurable business value.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner in Analytics, Data Science, BI or related field
• Strong grasp of data architecture, data modelling, ETL processes and analytics platforms such as BigQuery and Looker
• Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau or Power BI)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or similar technologies is a plus
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, assortment or commercial steering is beneficial
• Fluent English; German and Spanish are a plus
• Strong ownership mindset and focus on measurable business value through analytics
