As the business scales, keeping supply and demand in balance across multiple sites, warehouses, and markets is only getting more complex.We're looking for a Supply Network Planner to own that balance: turning demand forecasts into deliverable supply plans, resolving constraints before they become shortages, and working across manufacturing, procurement,



and logistics to keep product available where and when it's needed - without tying up unnecessary working capital in inventory.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain supply plans across multiple sites, warehouses, and distribution channels, based on demand forecasts and inventory targetsBalance supply and demand at the SKU/location level, resolving capacity constraints, shortages, and excess inventoryWork with demand planning to reconcile forecast changes and assess the resulting supply impactPartner with procurement to align raw material availability with supply requirementsMonitor KPIs - service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, fill rate - and coordinate corrective action where performance slipsManage inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, lead times) to protect service levels while optimising working capitalLead or contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cyclesIdentify supply chain risks - capacity, supplier, logistics - and build mitigation and contingency plansReport on supply plan performance, exceptions, and root causesSupport supply readiness for new product introductions, promotions, and phase-outsContribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools,



and systemsWhat You'll BringA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain roleExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with large datasetsExperience with ERP/planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder)Advanced Excel skillsClear communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with S&OP;/IBP processes is highly desirableExperience in a relevant industry (e.g. CPG, manufacturing, retail, pharma) is a plusYou AreSomeone who's as comfortable in the detail of a spreadsheet as you are explaining the plan to stakeholders across the business.
