This is a broad HR leadership role with full responsibility across theHR function, combining both strategic and operational involvement.Theposition is particularly suited to professionals with a strong ambition tobuild an international career within a multinational environment, offeringsignificant opportunities for future growth, development and internal mobility.HR MANAGER (GALICIA)The RoleWorking closely with both localmanagement and the wider HR organisation, you will lead the plant's HRstrategy and overall people management activities.You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices aligned with corporate guidelines, ensuring effective adaptation to the local business environment.You will manage a small HRteam, overseeing all key HR areas including talent development, employeerelations, HR administration and people processes.You will lead and strengthen core talent management initiatives such as recruitment, talent attraction, training, internal communication, performance management, successionplanning, talent identification and employee development programs.You will play an active role in managing employee and labour relations,
