We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in driving growth across acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield investments, and strategic initiatives in an international environment.
What you'll do
- Lead the origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A; projects from strategy to closing.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities by actively screening the market.
- Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support high-impact strategic projects by defining scope, performing business analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior leadership by providing strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A;),
Management Consulting, or Private Equity, with a strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Nice to have: German language skills.
