Factorial HR is seeking a Strategy Associate for the Spanish Market to support and scale our Strategy team. You will design scalable processes, coordinate with other teams, and ensure effective implementation to drive growth.
You will work with leadership to develop new go-to-market actions and monitor impact using robust tracking systems. Adecuado candidates have 2–3 years in strategy consulting, IB, startups or VC, and are fluent in English and Spanish.
