You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

- Drive operational excellence initiatives across the site
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement project plans
- Support deployment of continuous improvement programmes and initiatives
- Execute standard processes to achieve operational performance targets
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies to improve efficiency
- Develop Value Stream Maps and implement reliability improvement action plans
- Lead ideation workshops, diagnostics and benchmarking activities
- Support the continuous improvement pipeline through cost saving initiatives
- Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities




- Execute strategic operational excellence programmes focused on manufacturing performance
- Train and coach employees in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with production teams
- Evaluate business impact of improvement opportunities and support implementation

Requirements:

- Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping
- Ability to manage improvement projects from identification through implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues
- Ability to assess business impact and prioritise improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
