Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to relocate to Greece.
