Freenow by Lyft in Madrid is seeking a Driver Operations Executive to grow and support our driver community while delivering strong marketplace performance. You will manage driver and fleet partner relationships, onboard new drivers and resolve operational issues to drive KPI improvements.
Collaborate with Marketplace, Product, Marketing and Central Operations to translate driver insights into actions, using data to guide decisions and enhance the driver experience across Spain.
