Euro Tech Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, multilingual professional to help us build a strong QA & Software Engineering community in Belgium.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, networking, events, content creation, and building professional relationships.

Role: Community & Operations Coordinator

? Location: Brussels, Belgium (preferably within easy commuting distance)

? Type: Freelance / Part-time initially (with growth opportunities)

Your responsibilities:

✨ Organize after-work technical workshops, QA discussions, and networking events

✨ Build relationships with QA engineers, SQA professionals, clients, and technology communities

✨ Coordinate office events, refreshments, logistics, and event activities

✨ Capture event photos/videos and create content for LinkedIn and YouTube

✨ Support company social media activities and brand visibility

✨ Maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and technology professionals

✨ Help strengthen Euro Tech Solutions’ presence within the Belgian technology ecosystem

What we are looking for:





✅ Excellent communication and networking skills

✅ Fluent in English, French, and Dutch

✅ Strong organizational and coordination skills

✅ Interest in technology, software engineering, and QA communities

✅ Experience in event management, community building, marketing, recruitment coordination, or customer relationships is a plus

✅ Comfortable with LinkedIn, Canva, photography/video content, and social media
