About the Role

As IT Infrastructure Manager/Head of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure landscape, managing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the successful execution of operational and strategic priorities aligned with the company's IT roadmap.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, infrastructure governance, project coordination, cybersecurity oversight, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 7 IT professionals.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Organize team meetings, monitor action plans, and promote constructive feedback.
- Support professional development and the adoption of best practices.

Operational Management & Service Delivery

- Plan, organize, and prioritize the team's activities across projects, support, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.
- Manage team workload and capacity planning.
- Ensure operational excellence, service continuity, and compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency.

IT Infrastructure Management

- Take ownership of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of systems and platforms.




- Contribute to technology decisions and infrastructure evolution.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.

Technical Governance & Architecture

- Lead or contribute to cross-functional IT projects.
- Challenge and validate technical architecture decisions.
- Promote IT standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a key liaison between IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Manage IT procurement activities and supplier relationships.
- Prepare technical specifications and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Coordinate purchasing processes, orders, and invoice approvals.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure operations and project delivery.
- Good knowledge of ITIL / ITSM principles.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and technologies such as GRC, SIEM, PAM, and EDR.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational abilities.
- Fluent in French and comfortable working in English.
