Our client is undertaking a strategic digital transformation initiative to modernize its Retail & Sender platforms. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture design and guide engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution by designing enterprise-grade architectures that support retail operations, digital customer journeys, and omnichannel services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, DevOps engineers, and enterprise architects to ensure solutions align with organizational standards and transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture for retail and customer-facing platforms.
- Lead the architecture of digital B2B and B2C customer channels across multiple MVP releases.
- Identify opportunities for innovation including self-service capabilities, AI-enabled retail experiences, and remote assistance.
- Define architecture standards, governance models, and design patterns aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Guide development teams with solution design and technical direction.
- Review technical designs to ensure scalability,



resilience, performance, security, and usability.
- Support implementation activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to high availability, disaster recovery, and security architecture planning.
- Collaborate with business, product, DevOps, and platform teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, technical workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
- Promote modern architecture principles including microservices, API-first development, cloud-native applications, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience in retail, logistics, postal services, or customer-facing industries.
- Experience with Customer Data platforms, CRM, CIAM, pricing, and promotions.
- Hands-on experience with retail applications including tablets, kiosks, and network integrations.
- Strong background in systems integration, identity management, payment systems, POS platforms, or modern application development.
